Gratitude for Helping Me Achieve My Career Goals

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continuous support in improving my English conversation skills during my job search. Over the past few months, I have interviewed with three global companies—KLA, Micron, and ASML. Some of the positions I applied for were quite different from my academic and professional background, even in entirely different fields. However, thanks to your scientific and technical background and your understanding of the latest technologies and current events, you were able to help me navigate these job descriptions with ease.

During our sessions, after I introduced a job description, you would summarize it back to me, and I realized that you had a better grasp of these roles than I did. As a job seeker, I found your explanations more insightful than my own. Indeed, you are exceptionally skilled at storytelling. In my interviews, when I asked for feedback from the interviewers, their comments aligned exactly with what you had anticipated, making me suspect that you might have experience as an interviewer yourself.

To get straight to the point, during interviews with international companies, the more senior the interviewer, the less patience they have for your introduction, no matter how concise and well-prepared it is. If they are not interested in what you are saying, the entire interview can be negatively affected. You excel at crafting narratives that create strong connections between my past experiences, even when unrelated, and the job requirements. Through continuous refinement, you helped me present my story in a compelling way, and this ultimately led to me securing an offer from a global company. With each interview, the feedback I received became increasingly positive.

Moreover, due to your familiarity with science and engineering topics—sometimes to the point where I felt you were the real expert—you were particularly adept at simulating the challenging questions that interviewers might ask. Interviewers often like to delve deeper into your answers, and without thorough preparation and practice, it's easy to contradict yourself. You helped me strengthen this aspect as well.

My journey through these interviews and my lessons with you to enhance my English speaking skills have taught me an incredible amount. I managed to secure an offer from a global company within just four months, and I couldn't be more grateful to you. I can't imagine achieving this without your guidance.
