这次讨论了有关工作和career的话题,通过自己的叙述和Janice引导反思之前的工作经历和去年做出来vision board中career的部分,更深入地了解自己理想的工作和触动我产生兴趣/热爱的点。Ikigai的概念有帮助我更加有系统地审视自己做的事和工作在不同方面的归类和重叠。可能现在还无法完全理清自己的reason of being,但是有了框架更利于自己在日常中分析。
今天體驗了老師的課程。老師非常明亮、給人氣定神閒的樣子。老師是個很好聆聽者,仔細傾聽學員的故事並且適時給予提問讓學員澄清歸納問題。老師在訓練正念之前,用簡單易懂的方式解釋為什麼要練習正念,並邀請學員一起練習正坐冥想。通過老師的引導練習將專注力放回自身。其中有幾個部分我覺得特別有趣,當我們練習正坐的時候,在過程中,老師說這個時候會有很多念頭進入我們的思緒裡,請不要被這些思緒帶走,回到自己身上。當我的專注力又回到自身時,在進行一層層的探索,過程中我感受到一股在很底層被壓抑的怒火,一個被壓抑埋藏很深的負面情緒,發現這件事讓我覺得有趣。
老師帶領的很好,對於沒有練習過正坐冥想的我,還是要多加練習。
Today I had the Belinda’s meditation practice lesson. She looked bright and gave me a feeling of calmness and peace. She is a great listener, she listened carefully to my story and asked questions to help me clarify and organise messy thoughts.
Belinda explained in simple terms why meditation practice is important, and she invited me practice meditation together. Through her guidance, I was able to refocus my attention back to myself.
There were a few parts I found particularly interesting. During our practice, she guided me to refocus on myself again, and not be carried away from those chaotic thoughts. As my attention shifted back to myself, I discovered that there is repressed anger and negative emotion in deep down within me. This finding was intriguing to me.
Belinda is a very good teacher who gives clear instructions on meditation practice. As someone who has never did meditation before, I feel that I need to practice it more often and the lesson does help me.
